Our Faith Building programs enable all ages to enrich and strengthen their journey of faith and discipleship.
The adult forum class is a Bible study class that meets on Sunday mornings in the Upper Fellowship Hall at 10:10 am. The discussion based format covers topics relevant to your faith journey with new, rotating curriculum.
During September, Pastor Charlie Summers will lead us in a series called “Mercy, Justice and Fair Treatment.”
Scripture envisions a community where there is mercy, justice and fair treatment for people. Since all are children of God, all deserve to “live beneath the vine and fig tree, in peace and unafraid.” We examine what Scripture views as a godly and a humane community. Then we will look at our community to see where there are gaps and where people are treated like neighbors.
September 15 Justice and the Old Testament
September 22 Justice and Jesus
September 29 Our Journey toward Justice
